FAQ

1. Do I need to be registered to place an order?
No, you do not need to register to place an order. Simply follow the step by step order process to make your selection
2. How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges depend on where you are in the world. Please select the 'Delivery and Returns' tab for worldwide delivery rates.
3. How do I search for a product?
The section headings in the right hand menu will list every DVD available in that category. If you have a specific product that you would like to find, simply use the search bar at the top of every page.
4. What can I do if the product I want is unavailable?
If any item is listed as "Out of Stock" then it is likely that it will be back in stock within 7 days. Please come back and visit the store again soon to check availability.
5. Can I pre-order products?
As soon as a new DVD release is announced it will be made available to pre-order. If ordering multiple products, which include items that are currently available as well as items that you have pre-ordered, your full order will not be dispatched until the pre-ordered product is available.
6. How do I view my current shopping basket?
The contents of your basket will always be shown in the top left of the screen whilst browsing the DVD Store.
7. How can I amend my current order?
By clicking the "View Cart" link under your basket you can view all the items that you have selected to order. Here you can change the quantity of the item or click the 'Remove' option to cancel individual items. Click the 'Update' button to recalculate the changes.
8. What credit cards do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. These include VISA, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro for purchases made over the web.
